Class Registration - Counselors

Who needs to fill out a Class Registration Form?

All incoming freshman and current ITA students need to complete a Class Registration Form specific to their Academy and grade level. Use the table below to view or print the appropriate Class Registration Form.

Academy Transfer or School Change Requests

Students desiring to change their academy first need to see their counelor for an "academy transfer form". Current ITA students wishing to transfer to another school within KUSD must also see their counselor for a "school transfer form". Notice: All transfers must be approved by ITA Administration.

Review of Class Registration forms by Counselors

Counselors will review and approve all submitted Class Registration Forms to verify that all prerequisites have been met and that the appropriate number of credits have been selected.
